Infrastruktur Lebih Baik, Dorna Siap Race di Pertamina Mandalika International Circuits

TRUSTNEWS.ID,. - Gelaran Pertamina Grand Prix of Indonesia 2023 dimulai dan intrastruktur pada Pertamina Mandalika International Circuits juga sudah lebih baik dari tahun sebelumnya. Hal ini diungkapkan oleh bos Dorna Sport Chief Operating Officer Carlos Ezpeleta. 

“Tahun pertama sebuah event selalu sangat menantang terutama saat pertama kali kita pergi ke sirkuit baru. Tapi tahun lalu sangat sukses dan tahun ini dengan perbaikan yang telah kami lakukan pada aspal dan persiapan juga pada bagian luar lintasan dengan lebih banyak jalan, dengan lebih banyak hotel. Dengan semua pengalaman dari tim lokal ini pastinya bisa membuat lebih mudah dan akan meningkat setiap tahunnya, namun tahun ini pastinya jauh lebih mudah,” jelasnya. 

Tak hanya itu ternyata logistic juga jauh lebih efisien dibandingkan dengan tahun lalu. Dorna memiliki komitmen besar terhadap keberlanjutan ESG Advanced khususnya. Ia berharap setiap tahun MotoGp harus selalu lebih baik dibandingkan dengan tahun sebelumnya. 

“Setiap tahun niat kami adalah untuk menjadi lebih baik, untuk mendapatkan event yang lebih baik lagi. Kami telah berdiskusi dengan orang-orang di sini dan dengan pemerintah Indonesia agar dapat memiliki jejak MotoGP yang lebih besar tahun ini,” tambahnya. 

Vice President Corporate Communication Pertamina Persero Fadjar Djoko Santoso mengatakan Pertamina juga telah melakukan persiapan ini, terlihat dari infrastruktur yang semakin rapi, lahan parkir yang tertata, serta akses jalan yang semakin bagus. 

“Tahun ini adalah tahun kedua Pertamina mensupport gelaran Pertamina Grand Prix of Indonesia 2023. Infrastruktur penunjang seperti fasilitas parkir, dan jalanan aspal yang sudah diperbaiki. Semoga tahun ini hajatan balap dunia di Pertamina Mandalika International Circuits bisa berjalan dengan lancar,” tutupnya.

Improved Infrastructure, Dorna Ready to Race at the Pertamina Mandalika International Circuit

Lombok - The Pertamina Grand Prix of Indonesia 2023 event is underway, and the infrastructure at the Pertamina Mandalika International Circuit is already better than in previous years. It was revealed by Dorna Sport's Chief Operating Officer, Carlos Ezpeleta.

"The first year of an event is always very challenging, especially when we go to a new circuit for the first time. But last year was very successful, and this year, with the improvements we have made to the asphalt and preparations, as well as the expansion of the surrounding areas with more roads and more hotels, with all the experience from the local team, it should be easier and will improve every year. This year is much easier, for sure," he explained.

Not only that, logistics are also much more efficient compared to last year. Dorna has a significant commitment to ESG Advanced sustainability. He hopes that every year, MotoGP will be better than the previous year.

"Our intention every year is to become better, to have a better event. We talk to the people and with the Indonesian government to have bigger footprint of MotoGP through this year as well," he added.

Vice President of Corporate Communication of Pertamina Persero, Fadjar Djoko Santoso, mentioned that Pertamina has also made preparations, evident in the increasingly well-organized infrastructure, well-arranged parking facilities, and improved road access.

"This year marks the second year that Pertamina has supported the Pertamina Grand Prix of Indonesia 2023. Supporting infrastructure, such as parking facilities and the improved asphalt roads, has been established. Hopefully, this year's global racing event at the Pertamina Mandalika International Circuit will run smoothly," he concluded.
